What we collect

Shoppers: search queries and negotiation details you send through Bargy (in ChatGPT or on bargy.ai). When you lock in a deal, we also collect the name, email, optional phone, and notes you provide. We do not receive your ChatGPT conversation history, only the tool calls ChatGPT sends to Bargy.

Merchants: account details, catalog data, discount ranges, discount codes, and fulfillment settings.

How we use it

To find offers, run negotiations, register deals, and pass your order details (name, email, phone, notes, agreed price, and discount code) to the merchant you chose so they can complete the order. We send you a confirmation email.

Sharing

We share shopper details only with the merchant of the deal you confirmed. We don't sell personal data. Our infrastructure providers (Cloudflare for hosting and our email provider) process data on our behalf.

Retention & your rights

Deal records are kept for as long as needed for order support and accounting. To access or delete your data, email privacy@bargy.ai.
